Terms and Conditions

All tuition is non-refundable after the cancellation deadline (approximately one week prior to first date of semester.)  In exceptional circumstances a credit may be issued towards a future session.

Outdoor classes - If rain or other conditions make holding an outdoor class meeting impractical, that day's class meeting will be shifted to a Zoom class. Rain dates will not be made-up.  If public health conditions make it unsafe to continue holding in-person classes for part or all of the session, the classes will be shifted to Zoom.  No refunds or credit will be issued for in-person classes that are shifted to Zoom.

While we hope to be able to offer make-up slots in our in-person classes, we have to be strict about class size in those classes. Therefore we cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient make-up slots in our in-person classes to meet demand.  We do offer unlimited make-ups and bonus classes in our Zoom classes.
