Tuition / Fees / Refunds

Tuition Includes:

  • Weekly 45-minute classes.  12 weeks in the Fall,  10 weeks in the Winter, 11 weeks in the Spring, 7 weeks in the Summer. Tuition is adjusted accordingly.
  • An access code to download or stream the music we will be singing in class,  -- The Music Together Band playing songs, chants, "play-along" music, and tonal and rhythm patterns. New song collection each session! (Summer is a "Best-of" collection.) Nine collections in all, plus summer collections -- Three years of music! 
  • Two copies of a professionally recorded CD with this session's songs and chants.  
  • Access to your Music Together songs wherever you go, through the "Hello Everybody" mobile app.
  • Access to the online Family Music Zone, where you can find videos, coloring sheets, and more!
  • An illustrated songbook that includes fun at-home activities that your family will enjoy along with your download or CD.
  • A Music Together tote bag. 
  • A parent DVD for new families -- "Music Together at Home: Helping Your Child Grow Musically".
  • Four make-ups for missed classes (on a space-permitting basis - must be used during the current session).

"Rhythm Kids" Tuition Fees -- Fall 2017  (12 -week session):

Families new to Music Together  $  380 (or 3 monthly payments of $131)

Second Sibling enrolled in Rhythm Kids  $  195
Discounted price if sibling enrolled in Music Together mixed-age class  $  270
Materials fee, per child

  • If you would like a payment plan, please call us. We are usually able to accommodate most requests. A $15 service fee will be added for payment plans.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of $20 for new families and $10 for returning families is included in the tuition costs. 

 

Policies

  • Class choice cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • Because we limit class size to 12 children, and because sometimes we must cancel or combine a class due to low enrollment, please include a second class choice during registration.
  • All tuition is non-refundable after the cancellation deadline of September 12.  In exceptional circumstances, tuition may be applied to a future semester.
  • Families enrolled in our Spring or Summer 2017 sessions will have registration priority through August 30 only. Classes fill quickly, so enroll early to ensure your first choice. If you were not enrolled during the Spring or Summer 2017  session, you may still register now. We will process applications in the order in which they are received. If your first choice class fills with returning families before August 30, we will place you in your second choice class and contact you.
